PBS has been based in central London for many years, staffed by people who know and welcome the high expectations and often tight timescales in London. PBS support international companies, head offices, owner-managed independents, and new start-ups.
Where we started
PBS was formed specifically to provide an alternative type of transparent service and support contract at a time when the industry was beleaguered by unsatisfactory practices and deep end user discontent.
Monopolies and Mergers Commission/Office of Fair Trade consulted with PBS Communications in a far-reaching examination of best trading practices in the photocopier industry. PBS advised on contracts and pitfalls.
Creating a community
PBS were founding members of London’s leading Business Network organisation, the Shoreditch Business Network.
PBS chaired the organisation and worked with Hackney Council in business initiatives.
High Speed Print
First high-speed colour multifunction printers introduced to the market in the form of the Konica Minolta CF2002.
PBS were one of just two Konica Minolta dealers representing the UK as part of a pan European fact-finding delegation to the Konica Minolta manufacturer headquarters in Tokyo.
PBS moved to new premises in Kingsland Road, Shoreditch after seventeen years in Curtain Road to provide a full customer experience centre with a demonstration area and open floor for presentations, training and workshops.
